Alright, because its 3 in the morning and i can't sleep, of course im going to comment on stuff!!! mwhahahha! ok, so im still not sure who im supporting yet for elections, but this ron paul character seems a little shifty....he's promising way to much stuff. i want to know what he will for sure do, not what he wants to say to win votes. i want to know how he's just going to reduce taxes, because as far as i know taxes are needed, i don't like it, but they are necessary. if there aren't any taxes something else will be effected and then people will complain about that, so HOW is he planning to "reduce taxes and phase out the IRS"? The ad also mentions about the borders. yeah, im all for securing borders, if you want to be in this country, there's a legal way to get here and you should have to pay taxes and bear the same burdens of everyone else living here. What he doesn't say is how he's going to improve the LEGAL immigrant situation. A speaker from kenya who is on an education type visa is here for her masters in blind education or something like that, she hasn't seen her husband and daughter in two years, they applied for their visa and was denied because of money issues, i can't remember the exact amount, but it was incredibly, ridiculously high....the ends don't justify the means. I want to know what politicians are going to do to get to their goals. he really seems to me a stereotypical politician. promise big changes, attack our current gov't. (even if it does need changing, attacking it is pointless and petty), and he even threw in the family-man-kissing-babies-on-the-street-stereotype with his own spin of "deliver[ing] more than 4,000 babies" what the heck does that have to do with politics? yeah, babies are born, somebody has to deliver them...i dont want to just attack ron paul; i haven't seen any candidates that looked promising at all....maybe stephen colbert is our best hope! hahaha!!
sorry about the grammar errors...its should be "way TOO much" not "way TO much".....ugh, any other stuff i missed, sorry....
I think believers should be looking at Alan Keyes: www.alankeyes.com.
Living,
I have a lot of moral respect for Mr. Keyes. He's a man who honestly possesses the courage of his convictions. However, I'd be extremely hesitant to support him given his electoral history. Not opposed, just cautious.
